Preparing to Leave : Packing

Although I had the option of an air-shipment, its logistics seemed too cumbersome and so I will be packing up 2-29" pieces of luggage, a trolley case (carry on), and my backpack.  I'm starting to pack 3 weeks in advance of the departure date simply to allow time for the mental trade-offs that will inevitably occur.  I'm thrilled at the idea of really going simple for several months...
